Annika Albers

Annika Albers has over 5 years of experience in restructuring consulting and has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2019. Her professional focus is on developing and validating integrated business plans within restructuring contexts. In addition, she has expertise in liquidity management, setting up liquidity plans and reports for short-term control.

Her industry focus, aside from manufacturing (including mechanical engineering and automotive), lies in healthcare, with an emphasis on hospital operations.

Annika Albers studied Business Administration with a focus on Accounting (M.Sc.) at the University of Münster.
