Christoph Lüttig

Christoph Lüttig has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2018. He has eight years of international professional and project experience and advises clients from a wide range of industries on the conceptual design and implementation of holistic transformation and efficiency programmes to increase performance, competitiveness and profitability.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, he worked for an international auditing firm in the area of operational restructuring and, in addition to creating performance concepts, focused on performance-based optimisation, particularly in the areas of production, purchasing and IT.

Christoph Lüttig studied at the Technical University of Munich and the University of California Santa Barbara (USA) and holds a Master's degree in Management & Technology.
