Christoph Söhngen is a Partner in the Business Transformation division. His consulting focuses on the planning and implementation of organizational restructuring and improvements, as well as enhancing operational performance (efficiency and productivity) for entire companies and both direct and indirect functional areas. His industry expertise primarily includes (financial) service providers and service-oriented organizations.

Christoph Söhngen has 25 years of professional experience. He began his career at a U.S. financial services provider in Germany, where he was responsible for clients in the "New Market" segment. His career path then led him to a leading technology and service provider in England, where he managed roles in sales management and business consulting. Most recently, he served as a Partner at an international consulting firm in the Financial Services sector in the DACH region, overseeing programs and projects focused on customer service and experience, operations, as well as efficiency and cost programs.

Christoph Söhngen studied business administration at the International School of Management, with stays in the United Kingdom and the United States. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar.

Christoph Söhngen is married and has two children.
