Christopher Laux is a Senior Consultant at FTI Andersch with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. He advises companies on process optimization, strategy development, and regulatory challenges, leveraging his expertise in operations and digitalization to drive efficiency and sustainable solutions.

Before joining FTI Andersch, Christopher gained leadership experience in a blister packaging center and led projects to improve internal workflows and patient satisfaction.

He holds a degree in pharmacy and an MBA from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
