Christopher Weiß has been advising clients on restructuring/turnaround and refinancing processes for FTI-Andersch since 2015. A large number of his projects included transaction processes (M&A) both on the sell- and buy-side as well as in- and out-of-court proceedings.
Before joining FTI-Andersch, the qualified banker was a member of the M&A and valuation practice of a leading global auditing firm.
His daily work is characterized by the assessment and development of integrated (group) business plans, a high degree of accuracy and tailor-made conclusions and recommendations. In tense stakeholder situations, Mr. Weiß keeps his friendly way of communication while maintaining objectivity and clarity. Industry focus areas include, but are not limited to, automotive and manufacturing, agriculture, financial services and the maritime sector, in particular for family-owned companies and private equity investments.
Christopher Weiß (Master of Science) studied Finance & Accounting at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as in Boston (Boston College) and Washington D.C. (American University).
He is married and the father of two children.
