Dominik Weiß has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2021. His professional focus is the creation and implementation of holistic transformations for companies ranging from SMEs to listed corporations.

This includes strategic operational issues, organisational improvements, and performance enhancements for both the company as a whole and for individual core functions.

He has extensive industry experience, particularly in the areas of consumer goods & retail, private equity and the automotive industry.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, he worked in private equity and for a leading German management consultancy. He studied International Business Studies in the form of a double bachelor's degree at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg and Hull University Business School, and completed his master's degree at ESSEC Business School in Paris.
