Fabian Binöder

With over 10 years of experience in restructuring, transaction advisory, and transformation, Fabian Binöder combines his expertise as an entrepreneur, consultant, and investor in his role at FTI-Andersch. His core areas of focus include major restructuring programs in the healthcare sector, as well as transactions in the MedTech and Life Sciences fields. In this capacity, he leads strategy and turnaround projects while also successfully supporting both buyers and sellers in transaction processes.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Fabian co-owned and led his own boutique consulting firm, and most recently, he managed the healthcare providers division, focusing on strategy, transactions, and restructuring for the DACH region, at a leading global accounting firm.

Fabian Binöder holds a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Biology and Medical Process Management from FAU – University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, laying the foundation for his career.
