Florian Warring

Florian Warring has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2021 and is responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of projects in the areas of supply chain management and purchasing.

His professional focus includes, in particular, the screening of established supply chains and the identification of supply risks, the targeted defence against price increases by suppliers, the systematic passing on of price increases to customers, the optimisation of inventory management, the identification and implementation of savings potential in purchasing as well as the transformation of purchasing organisations (in particular through the digitalisation of administrative activities).

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Florian Warring worked for more than ten years in management consulting as well as in leading positions in operational and strategic purchasing (medium-sized companies and DAX groups).

Florian Warring studied at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (USA).

He is married and fatwo children.
