Gero Güllmeister

Gero Güllmeister has been a member of the FTI-Andersch team since 2012. His professional focus is on the creation, implementation, and controlling of restructuring and efficiency improvement programs. His sector focus is on manufacturing companies esp. those specialized in mechanical engineering and the automotive supplier sector.

Gero Güllmeister has 19 years of experience in restructuring consultancy, six of which he spent working in the restructuring department of a world-leading auditing company in Germany.

He studied in Berlin and in the USA before beginning his career as a consultant.

He is a father of two children.
