Katrin Newger

Katrin Newger has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2021 and brings over 5 years of consulting experience. Her professional focus areas include corporate reorganization, process optimization, and guiding companies toward becoming high-performance organizations. In numerous projects, she has successfully assisted both global and mid-sized companies in their reorganization efforts, rethinking processes, and breaking down inefficient structures. This has given her the opportunity to gain experience across various industries, particularly the automotive and healthcare sectors.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Katrin was responsible for the People & Organization division at a leading global accounting firm. She studied Mathematics and Statistics at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
