Markus Herber

Markus Herber is a director at FTI-Andersch. He is specialized in the responsible preparation and implementation of cross divisional restructuring concepts, in business analysis and planning as well as in cash and working capital management.

Markus Herber has extensive knowledge in managing changes of operational processes and structures, closing and relocating operating (production) facilities as well as in arrangements and negotiations concerning human resources measures. Several times Markus Herber took responsibility as interim CRO/CFO.

He gained deep industry experience in the automotive industry, in mechanical and plant engineering, metal processing, chemicals, wholesale/retail trade and logistics.

Markus Herber studied national economics at the University of Mainz, is married and has two children.
