Dr. Martin Schneider

Martin Schneider is a Director at FTI-Andersch. His professional focus is on the identification and implementation of performance improvement measures as well as the management of complex turnaround projects. Moreover, he serves as executive interim manager. For example, as CRO he guided through the restructuring process of a leading German retail company.

At FTI-Andersch, he is contact person for interim management and private equity.

His main focus is on the retail and consumer goods sector, automotive and manufacturing

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Martin worked for a global restructuring firm and the restructuring department of a big-four company.

He holds a doctoral degree and a diploma from HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
