Nini Asatiani brings 4 years of professional experience in finance transformation consulting and joined the FTI-Andersch team in 2024. Previously, she worked as a Senior Consultant at a leading global professional services firm in Germany. Her expertise includes developing CFO strategies and defining and implementing Finance Target Operating Models. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in organizational design, financial process review and optimization, and change management.

She has industry experience in the Defense & Space, Consumer Goods, and Automotive sectors. Nini has Georgian and Spanish background and speaks six languages fluently. She studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim.
