Roman Bolay

Roman Bolay has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2018. Previously, he worked for a medium-sized restructuring consultancy.

His professional focus is on the preparation and review of restructuring reports and short-term liquidity planning as well as insolvency-related advice. His industry focus is on the automotive and heavy industry as well as the real estate and consumer goods sector.

He also specialises in the restructuring of bonds.

Roman Bolay studied business administration (B.Sc.) at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen, where he also completed his business law studies with a focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency management (LL.M.).
