Sebastian Rudow is a Partner at FTI-Andersch and an experienced C-level executive with over 15 years of extensive experience as a Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and CEO of industrial companies, as well as a CFO in private equity-driven business transformations, including buy-and-build strategies, post-merger integration (PMI), and exit strategies. He has successfully led numerous companies through transformations and restructurings, optimized operational processes, improved performance, and managed multiple sale and acquisition processes. His expertise is particularly evident in complex and challenging business situations.
As an interim manager and seasoned leadership expert, he takes on specific roles or projects as a CRO, CEO, or CFO for a defined period. His responsibilities include not only improving performance and transforming corporate culture, processes, and structures but also crisis management and restructuring companies facing financial or operational difficulties, ensuring liquidity and stabilizing business operations. Additionally, Sebastian Rudow is appointed to leadership positions until a long-term solution is found and takes on specialized tasks such as PMI or strategic project management. He primarily works with companies undergoing transformation, growth, or expansion phases, as well as special projects that cannot be handled with internal resources or expertise.
Sebastian Rudow began his career in insolvency and restructuring after successfully completing his law studies at the University of Mannheim, his legal traineeship, and a part-time postgraduate master’s degree in Corporate Restructuring at the University of Heidelberg.
