Victoria Strachwitz

Victoria Strachwitz joined FTI Consulting in 2010, having previously worked as a corporate broker and investor relations consultant in London. She has a financial background and experience in M&A transactions and IPOs.

Victoria Strachwitz is Senior Managing Partner in Strategic Communications at FTI Consulting. She leads the People & Change department based in Germany and is an expert in change management - and communication, leadership and organisational development.

She advises clients on business transformations and organisational developments by helping them prepare for and implement change. In this role, she advises and works closely at the intersection of senior leadership, communications and human resources.

She studied economics in Heidelberg (BA) and holds an MBA degree from the TU Berlin.
