- FTI-Andersch
Christoph Söhngen spent 16 years at Porsche Consulting in the Financial Services division, half of which he spent as a partner. Prior to that, he worked for GE Capital (General Electric) and the technology consultancy Computacenter. He specializes in customer experience, operations, and efficiency and cost optimization for banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers.
“With Christoph Söhngen, we are further expanding our industry expertise in the financial services sector,” says Christian Säuberlich, spokesperson for the FTI-Andersch management board. ”Due to his previous positions, he also has a great affinity for the financial industry and technology, making him an excellent addition to our team. We see it as a high mark of quality that FTI-Andersch is now considered the right address for partners of other top consulting firms.”
In addition, FTI-Andersch is promoting three managing directors to partners (senior managing directors): Julian Drellmann, Peter Lammers and Dr. Martin Schneider. All three are long-standing consultants at FTI-Andersch. While Peter Lammers has been with FTI-Andersch for nine years, Julian Drellmann (joined FTI-Andersch in 2013) and Dr. Martin Schneider (joined in 2015) returned to FTI-Andersch a few years ago after working outside the firm.
“It fills me with particular pride when our consultants succeed outside of FTI-Andersch but still decide to return and then work for several years towards being promoted to partner and senior managing director,” says Christian Säuberlich. “Our business continues to grow strongly because we succeed in attracting the best in restructuring and transformation at an early stage, developing them and taking the development steps with them. We will continue to work hard to provide our consultants with the best possible environment in which to develop and fulfill their talents.”
Four additional consultants were appointed as managing directors: Roman Bolay, Artur Digilov, Christian Müller and Jan Eike Wegner. All of the new managing directors were developed at FTI-Andersch and have already been with the company for an average of seven years. The management team of FTI-Andersch, led by the four-member board, now comprises 38 partners and managing directors (previously: 33).
“We will continue to grow in 2025,” says Christian Säuberlich. ”In the coming months, we will be joined by additional highly experienced individuals who have previously held positions such as managing director and chief restructuring officer. And we will also develop new partners from our existing team in the following year. Contrary to the general trend in the consulting market, FTI Consulting continues to focus on growth worldwide.”
