Framework for preventive restructuring
Appropriate entry requirements from a consultant's point of view

According to EU Commission guidelines, the EU Member States should create a preventive restructuring framework that is as uniform as possible. The current draft directive of 17.12.2018 requires that the widely set guard rails be transformed into a national approach in a suitable manner that meaningfully complements and improves the current German restructuring practice.
