Frankfurt/Main, January 11, 2021. The consulting company Andersch, which specializes in managing challenging corporate situations, is expanding its brand presence in 2021 due to the expansion of the joint business areas with FTI Consulting. In the future, the two companies will also be linked visually through the (new) brand identity.
Andersch is a quality leader in corporate restructuring consulting in the German-speaking region. Founded in 2012, the company has been recognized several times in recent years as a leading restructuring consultancy by news magazines such as Manager Magazin or Capital.
Andersch is the contact for medium-sized groups and family-owned companies. "Last year, together with our partner FTI Consulting, we additionally took on mandates in the corporate environment with major international implications," says CEO Tammo Andersch.
In addition to the international component, Andersch offers its clients other services through FTI Consulting, particularly in the areas of forensic services and business transformation.
Tammo Andersch says: "The new business areas are directly connected to our activities or can preventively counteract challenging corporate situations. It's three new letters in our logo - and a multitude of new opportunities for our clients."
Within the FTI Group, Andersch will actively manage the dovetailing of the additional activities in German-speaking countries.
